Operation list_evidence · needs scope evidence:read

Newest first. Private evidence is never returned; metadata-only evidence has title and content null.

`record_id` required	query	string
`kinds`	query	string	Comma-separated evidence kinds.
`limit`	query	integer	Page size, at most 100.
`cursor`	query	string	`pagination.nextCursor` from the previous page.
