Test and go live

Send it a test message, add the script to your site, and turn the site on.

Three steps between a published agent and visitors talking to it.

#Send it a test message

Open the site's Test tab and ask what a customer would ask. The message goes through the same path a visitor's does, so the answer you read is the one they would get. The checklist counts one answered test as a step before going live.

#Install the script

Open the Deploy tab and copy the script tag. It carries your site's own id. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on every page, or in your site builder's custom code setting.

#Go live

With the agent published and tested, enable the site from its Overview. Visitors on your registered domain can now open the agent. More on the script and what it accepts in Website widget.
