Create a workspace

Sign up, choose a plan, and follow the getting-started checklist on Home.

A workspace holds one business: its websites, agents, conversations, records and team.

  1. Go to synconone.com/signup and create your account.
  2. Name your workspace. You can rename it later in Settings.
  3. You land on Home, with the getting-started checklist at the top.

#The getting-started checklist

The checklist on Home tracks what stands between you and a live agent. Each step opens the screen where it is done, and ticks itself when the work is finished.

  • Add a website. Register the domain the agent will run on.
  • Connect an AI provider. Only on plans that run on your own AI key. Until one is connected the agent cannot answer anybody.
  • Publish the agent. Name it and review its company guide.
  • Teach it your content, Arrange what visitors meet, Decide what to ask and Connect a calendar are optional, and make it better at its job.
  • Send it a test message, Install the snippet and Go live finish the job.

#Plans and your AI key

Free runs the agent on your own AI provider key, connected in Settings → AI. Paid plans include a monthly AI allowance, so no key is needed. The pricing page lists every allowance.
