Going past an allowance never cuts a visitor off mid-conversation. On paid plans, extra usage draws on prepaid credit — $10, $25, $100 packs at face value that never expire — never an open-ended bill. Free runs its AI on your own provider key. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta at their rates; SMS and phone calls are not available yet. Nothing is charged per lead qualified or per meeting booked. 26 features are marked Coming and are not billed until released.

Everyone who signs in counts once, whatever their role: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Pro. Conversations your team answers are never counted, on any plan.
One conversation a visitor or customer has with the agent in a month, however many messages it takes. A conversation your own team answers is not counted at all, on any plan, including the free one. Questions your team asks Ray are internal AI conversations, with their own allowance.
A visitor is never cut off mid-conversation because a counter ran out. On a paid plan, usage past the allowance draws on prepaid credit you top up in Settings → Billing: packs of $10, $25, $100, sold at face value and never expiring. It is never an open-ended bill, and nothing extra is charged unless you buy credit. Allowances start again when your plan renews.
It runs on your own provider key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Groq — connected in Settings → AI, so the AI on Free is billed by your provider, not by us. Human conversations are unlimited on Free, as on every plan.
WhatsApp is, from Growth: connect your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills its messages directly, without a mark-up from us. SMS and phone calls are not available yet, and nothing on any plan is charged for them. Voice in the browser is marked Coming in the table above until it is released.
No. Qualification, scoring, booking and handover are features of the plan. Charging per outcome would mean the product earns more the more work it makes for you, which is the wrong incentive to build on.
No. A feature marked Coming is defined in the plan model with the plan it will belong to, so it appears on the day it ships without a pricing change. Until then it is labelled rather than sold, and nothing is charged for it.
Yes, at any time. A change takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed: the new plan's allowances replace the old ones for the rest of the period, what you have already used still counts, and the charge is prorated. If you cancel, your data stays yours: export is on every plan.
