Billing and usage

Settings → Billing shows your plan, what you have used this month, your credit balance, and your invoices.

#Your plan

Change plan from Billing at any time. A change takes effect once payment is confirmed, the new allowances apply for the rest of the period, and the charge is prorated.

#What is counted

AI conversations with visitors, voice minutes, transcription minutes, file storage, websites and team users each have a monthly allowance on your plan. Conversations your own team answers are never counted. The pricing page lists every number.

#Prepaid credit

Past an allowance, paid plans draw on prepaid credit. Buy packs of $10, $25 or $100 in Billing; they are sold at face value and do not expire. A visitor is never cut off mid-conversation because a counter ran out.
