Integrations

Connections are made from Settings → Integrations and Calendar. Each uses the provider's own sign-in; Syncon One never sees the account password.

#Calendars and mail

• Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 calendars, so the agent offers real times and books them. See Bookings.
• Gmail and Microsoft 365 mail, so customer email lands on the customer's record and replies go from your own address.

#Your own AI provider

On Free, and on Enterprise if you choose, the agent runs on your own provider key: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Groq. Add it in Settings → AI under Your AI provider. The key is encrypted before it is stored.

#Everything else

For tools without a built-in connection, use the public API and webhooks, both on Pro. The integrations page lists every connection and its status.
