# Integrations

Connections are made from Settings → Integrations and Calendar. Each uses the provider's own sign-in; Syncon One never sees the account password.

## Calendars and mail

- **Google Calendar** and **Microsoft 365** calendars, so the agent offers real times and books them. See [Bookings](https://synconone.com/docs/bookings).
- **Gmail** and **Microsoft 365 mail**, so customer email lands on the customer's record and replies go from your own address.

## Your own AI provider

On Free, and on Enterprise if you choose, the agent runs on your own provider key: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Groq. Add it in Settings → AI under **Your AI provider**. The key is encrypted before it is stored.
